Back Bay Christian Assembly has served the Pungo and Red Mill communities of southeast Virginia for over 30 years under the leadership of Pastor Kevin Milcarek. We’re an Assemblies of God congregation rooted in prayer, scripture, and genuine community.

Our Pastor

Pastor Kevin Milcarek, together with his wife Cheryl, has led BBCA for more than three decades. Their heart for this community shows in everything from Sunday worship to our outreach ministries.
